Situated in Sector 142, Stellar OKAS 1425 comprises approximately 1.5 million square feet of leasable space. The $250 million Alternative Investments fund DMI Alternatives is developing the projects in tandem with it. Stellar OKAS 1425 is a 4,10,000 square foot IT/ITES campus that offers a number of amenities, including a shared cafeteria, a gym, on-campus dining options, etc. The actual floor area has a high ceiling and an efficient floor plate with an 11-meter column grid. In keeping with Stellar's pledge to provide "Healthy Working Spaces," all AHUs in the building have MERV 13 filters to keep PM2.5 below designated standards and an entirely integrated building management system to monitor and control CO2. This assures that workers may breathe clean air while working in the office. Also, the project has pre-certification as IBGC PLATINUM for it’s energy conservative features.
